  Areas of this house's white trim had been stripped of paint due to paint failure caused from a lack of preparation and the harsh elements by the proximity to the ocean. We applied bleaching oil to the body of the house (white cedar shingles) and clear-wood oil preservative to all decks around the house. A latex stain was applied to the clapboards.
